G R A E V I L E was created by Lisa and Keith Selby from a desire to build something meaningful from the life, experience, and perspective they have been given.

OUR STORY
What do we want to build with the life and experience we have been given?
After decades of leadership, entrepreneurship, service, family, change, growth, difficult decisions, and new beginnings, we found ourselves asking a different kind of question.
We were becoming less interested in simply achieving more and more interested in living intentionally and creating things that could genuinely help people.
G R A E V I L E grew from that desire.
It is a place for thoughtful ideas, products, tools, and experiences designed not simply to be sold, but to make life easier to navigate, encourage reflection, solve meaningful problems, and add something worthwhile.
Our goal is not to build the largest company possible. It is to build meaningful things well.
A NAME ROOTED IN FAMILY

The name G R A E V I L E was created by combining the names of our grandchildren.
Family is at the center of our lives, and the name reflects something we care deeply about: legacy.
For us, legacy is not simply what we leave behind.
It is what we choose to build, how we live, what we teach, and the values we carry forward.

Faith does not make every decision easy, but it gives us a place to return for perspective, wisdom, humility, and peace.
MEET THE FOUNDERS
Keith Selby
Co-Founder, Entrepreneur, Retired Navy Captain
Keith is an entrepreneur and leader whose experience has been shaped by business,
service, responsibility, resilience, and reinvention.
He served for 30 years as a Naval Officer and retired at the rank of Captain.
Throughout his career and entrepreneurial life, Keith has learned the value of thoughtful
leadership, calculated risk, adaptability, perseverance, and building with purpose.
He brings a practical, grounded perspective to G R A E V I L E and to the life he and
Lisa are intentionally building together.
Lisa Selby
Co-Founder, Author, Creator of The GRAEVILE Model™
Lisa brings more than 30 years of corporate leadership experience, including her work as an Engineering Manager and leader.
Her writing and creative work are shaped by faith, family, relationships, leadership, personal growth, difficult seasons, and new beginnings.
Over time, Lisa became increasingly interested in a simple but important idea:
Many important answers do not come from being told what to do. They come
from learning how to see more clearly.
That belief became the foundation for The Graevile Model™ and the work she is now creating through G R A E V I L E.
A Note from Lisa
WHY I WRITE
I do not write because I believe I have every answer.
I write because life has taught me the value of better questions.
There have been seasons when I quietly knew something long before I was ready to
fully acknowledge it.
Times when I rationalized what I was seeing, postponed difficult decisions, or hoped
clarity would somehow arrive all at once.
What I learned is that clarity often develops gradually.
It grows when we slow down, become more honest about what we are seeing, and
allow ourselves to consider what truth may be asking of us.
My hope is not to tell readers what to do.
It is to create frameworks, questions, and tools that help people reflect more deeply, trust their discernment, strengthen their faith, and make decisions that bring greater alignment and peace.
